On Tuesdays and Thursdays, OLQM’s Parish Outreach van takes seniors to the day program at the Village Green Center in Huntington. Pickup time is 10:30 a.m. and guests return home around 1:30 p.m. The Center provides a hot lunch for a $1.75 as well as varied social and recreational activities. Employment Network

This an established guidance program for anyone seeking employment.  Experienced counselors will help you sharpen your search skills.  Sessions cover Career Assessment, Planning & Research, Resume Writing, Networking & Interviewing.  The first session  will be Monday, February 20, 2007 in the Community Room at 7:00 PM and will run for six consecutive weeks.  There is no charge but advance registration is required.  Call 754-9045.

Members of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry are invited to celebrate with families, with members who were recently baptized into the Body of Christ and the Church through prayer. The name of one of our newest members is given to another parishioner who keeps that person and their family in their prayers and, in turn, the family keeps our minister in theirs. There is no time commitment or meetings to attend. It is simply a sign of welcome. We are currently updating our list of ministers.
