“The year of the Eucharist”

              The word ‘Eucharist’ comes from a Greek word that means ‘thanksgiving’.  Eucharist  is one of the seven sacraments.  All of the sacraments give us grace (the life of God), but the Eucharist also gives Jesus Himself!  For over 2000 years, the Eucharist has given us the presence of Jesus.

           Learn more about the Eucharist.  Visit Jesus by praying before the Tabernacle.  Receive Jesus in Holy Communion.  This year we will celebrate the Eucharist at Grade Level Masses on Sundays throughout the year.

           The Eucharist is the center of the church.  Center your life on Jesus in the Eucharist.
